Our Award Winning Wines

2017 Vintage


100% whole bunch pressed Solaris grapes, fermented in chilled stainless steel vats.


Pours a limpid pale gold. Aromatics are lifted and powerful, with hints of rose petal, honeysuckle and peachy fruit following onto the palate.  The wine is bursting with rich fruit flavours the bellies the dry style and finishes long with a hint of sweet grapefruit. Fruit forward in style with a deliciously balanced and clean crisp character.

Harrington Red

100% Rondo grapes cold macerated on skin fermented in stainless steel tanks with oak.

A soft fruity wine with a vibrant ruby colour. Medium bodied with flavours of ripe cherry, blackcurrant & plum, with notes of toasted oak to finish.  

Harrington White

A blend of our Bacchus and Solaris grapes whole bunched pressed and fermented in chilled stainless steel vats.


Very pale white gold colour. Complex herbaceous and floral notes on the nose,  leading to a zesty palate with notes of kiwi fruit, basil and a hint of passionfruit. Dry Crisp and clean palate with good structure and a long finish.

Harrington Rose

100% Rondo grapes – taken from the first pressings of our harvests. fermented in stainless steel tanks with oak.

A pale salmon-pink rosé with a gentle nose of crushed summer berries. The palate is delightfully dry with delicate strawberry and vanilla notes,  balanced by crisp acidity and a deliciously creamy finish.

Grape Varieties

  • Bacchus  - an aromatic white wine variety ripening mid to late season. Similar to New World Sauvignon Blanc in character. Best bottled as a single varietal.
  • Solaris  - a white grape that is early ripening and can lend itself to still or sparkling wine 
  • Rondo - An early ripening red variety, producing a medium bodied richly coloured wine with black cherry notes
  • Pinot Noir - clone 777   A late ripening classic French grape used in the main in our Sparkling wine but in a good year we hope to make a medium bodied Burgundy style red
  • Pinot Noir  - clone 115  A slightly earlier ripening German clone
  • Pinot Noir Early - The earliest ripening Pinot Noir clone, producing ripe full flavoured grapes used in both our still and sparkling wines.
