2018 Vintage - on sale now

Pale gold in colour, this wine has elegant aromas of passion fruit and rose petal.  The palate gives a fruit forward rush of delicious, juicy, grapey character, with citrus notes lingering on the finish.  Bright acidity, but balanced well with fruity depth of flavours.
Partner with spicy Thai dishes; or try with prawns or lobster.

Deep ruby colour to this wine.  Vanilla and coconut aromatics from the oak aging, combine with ripe damson & blackberry fruit following through to the medium bodied palate.  Rich, soft tannins to the long finish.

Partner with roast beef; deeply flavoured game, pork or chicken casseroles; earthy mushroom and aubergine dishes.

Pale gold hue.  Aromatics of cut grass, complexed with lime blossom.  The palate has notes of citrus fruits, hedgerow herbaceous character and a hint of green pepper to the finish.  Dry, crisp, and clean palate with good structure and a long finish.
Partner this wine with goats cheese or Feta; herby dishes, particularly with basil, or coriander; or grilled sardines or mackerel.

Bright, vibrant pink colour.  Gorgeous sour cherry and vanilla aromatics.  The palate demonstrates broad strawberries and cream character with a hint of vanilla tannins to the finish. Perfectly balanced acidity gives a clean finish, leaving you wanting more!

Food pairing suggestions:  Great on its own, but also would pair with an abundance of dishes:  Try with Greek Mezze or Tapas; Salmon dishes; Chicken Caesar salad; Roasted Lamb served rare.

Pinot Noir

Deep, dark ruby red colour.  Toasted oak on the nose, backed up with cherry and raspberry notes.  Deep, rich palate with cigar box oak complexed with the medium bodied ripe cherry and redcurrant fruit.  Firm yet ripe grape and oak tannins to the finish give this wine long ageing potential, and increasing complexity.

Food Pairing: Try with grilled steak; chargrilled peppers; Roast pheasant or venison

Sparkling Rose

Appealing onion skin pink colour.  Aromas show good autolytic notes already in evidence.  Hints of doughy bread integrating well with the strawberry fruit aromas.  Sumptuous palate, with strawberry and redcurrant fruits to the fore. Yeasty notes to the finish.  August disgorge for christmas 19 release.
